Okay, I don't know the character, but going by that quote in your pic he definitely seems to be Jack's kinda guy! :-D

alas! that's not an in-game quote, it's a "texts from last night" parody. noel is pretty used to time travel, but when it comes to flirting, he wouldn't be able to flirt his way out of a paper bag even if it was soaking wet

ON THE OTHER HAND JACK IS SUCH A GREAT CHARACTER, i'm excited to play with him!!

Aww, shame! Although Jack will certainly do enough flirting for the whole island so perhaps it's for the best. :-D
