mana_weaver_mHello friends, I am AbysmalDream, and as per my usual I am bringing some sort of OC with me.
In this case I give you a wizard, he either goes by Amon or Morrison and isn't the pickiest about which you decide to use. His world has two suns, a very long year, and thanks to a different ancestor will read about as much like an alien as a high-fantasy trope. He didn't know he liked magic until he really got invested in learning it as his motivations were first to please his brother, then to be petty and do better with a career in magic while his brother when off to be a knight.
Things took an abrupt turn when his brother instead got himself banished, but that's a whole different story. This guy decided he really wanted to keep at magic regardless and was accepted to a pretty upstanding school, he even got himself some cheats to make that easier for him, though the cheats had some pretty heavy prices. As a result of this as well as how he casts magic, he may also come off as a detoxing drug addict. When he's not hitting some wild mood swings thanks to this, he's pretty easy going and is very shamelessly a pervert. Since this is a vacation he intends to live it up as much as he can legally while he tries cleaning himself up because he's got a pretty serious quest waiting for him when he goes back.
Actual good things about him is that he really was a great student so he's one of the best authorities in his generation on magic, graduated with high marks, and pretty fearless even when the chips are down. He's pretty sociable and enjoys like pranks. Real issues he has is that he is a bundle of rage, and is short for a man so height gets under his skin easily. The other issue is that with him detoxing he's going to be attempting to not use magical for every little thing because one of the cheats is that after he uses up what would functionally be his MP bar, he can start recycling his HP bar into MP, which translates into shortening his life.
