The name's Pash here, and I have a two for one deal for y'all that I'm bringing to Kollo.
This is Buddy from Lisa The Joyful, a fighting and sword enthusiast, is admittingly sort of an asshole, and the (apparent) last woman on earth in her world. After basically royally fucking things up in her already royally screwed world for the worse all of power-trip, safety, and joy pills, like... a ton of joy pills. She feels genuinely regretful for what she's done so she goes to Kollo to try and take a break and perhaps see what the world was like before the white flash messed things up. She's a solitary person most of the time and mostly just likes her peace. (Also if you're a woman, Buddy is going to treat you like one half like an alien and the other like a rare precious thing because she's never seen one before.)
Her cabin is the second at Lingonberry, so come on by and attempt to talk to her. (Call before you come, the girl... doesn't take surprises well.)
Some of you may know this boy around RP, but if you don't, this is Oscar from Lupin The 3rd: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine. He came over to escape some shit he did that was sort of his fault and it basically now he has his own former employees after him. (He's not really here for the relaxation, he's here because he's on the run. Dude couldn't really relax even if you paid him... but he will try.) He'll be over at the 2nd of the Deer cabins. (Which is kinda funny given his name.) I encourage y'all to help him learn how to chill, just a little bit.
